Weekend strength and volatile trajectories across the week
Average concurrency dipped slightly while a handful of servers mounted sustained climbs and several established communities vanished from public listings.
Average concurrency edged down to 153,080 players (-0.4% versus the previous week) while the weekend carried the platform: Saturday and Sunday averaged 164,419 and 170,188 respectively, well above weekdays. A small set of servers produced genuine week-long trajectories — most notably DovuX and The Islands — while others rose briefly and then disappeared from public view. New launches that survived the seven days arrived in consistent pockets (OsloRP, EUFORIA, Viena RP among them).
The week
Average concurrent players by day of week. Bars are scaled to the week's own range, not from zero.
The platform’s aggregate numbers were largely flat: average concurrency was 153,080 (previous week 153,650, -0.4%) and the observed peak reached 250,162. Server supply held steady — 32,888 servers were online on average and FiveStats saw 80,353 distinct servers at some point during the seven days. The weekday rhythm reasserted itself clearly: Monday–Friday averaged between 145,660 and 148,669 players, then the weekend jumped to 164,419 (Saturday) and 170,188 (Sunday). That weekend uplift remains the clearest driver of the week’s peak activity rather than a broad weekday expansion.
Size distribution at the end of the week shows the familiar long tail: the largest cohort remains empty servers (317,429), with modest counts in the active mid-sized brackets — 5,403 servers in the 11–50 bracket, 2,696 in 51–200, and 1,026 servers above 200 players combined (775 in 201–500 and 251 above 500). Locale share continued its recent pattern of consolidation: pt-BR rose to 21.1% of players and en-US to 16.3%, while th-TH and ar-SA also grew their slices. Overall, the week reads as stability with localised movement: aggregate figures moved only marginally, but meaningful trajectories and disappearances beneath that surface reshaped the landscape for certain communities.
Who moved, and whether it held
This week’s most consequential movements are defined by whether elevated attendance was sustained across multiple days. DovuX Life is the clearest sustained trajectory: it was unseen the prior week, then averaged 221 players this week and "DovuX grew on 6/6 days" — daily counts moved 0→130→245→252→272→282→304, and the server’s rank leapt into the top 100 (rank 55). That combination — full-week growth and a major rank climb — is the classic signal that a newcomer has real momentum.
The Islands delivered the most dramatic raw jump from a small base: it went from a 38 average to 375 this week, "The Islands added 337 average players", and its daily series (353→385→368→358→363→380→417) shows a persistent uplift rather than a single-night spike. MONSTER SCHOOL (avg 235, grew on 4/6 days) and Like Town (avg 98, grew on 5/6 days) also produced multi-day gains and deserve watching; their daily shapes are repeatedly elevated across the week rather than peaking once.
By contrast, some increases look fragile. BYOU CITY shows a large reported average gain versus its prior week but grew on only 1/6 days and its presence terminated mid‑week — "BYOU CITY rose then stopped appearing on 2026-09-24" — which converts a promising movement into a risk of being transient. NEW DAY V4 and DWRZ improved noticeably but grew on 3–4 of the six measured growth days, a plausible sign of emerging trajectories that have not yet locked in. Several already-large servers (Boleto County, District 99) posted modest week-on-week gains but without the full-week growth patterns that mark a sustained breakout.
The contrast matters: a server that "grew on 6/6 days" and climbed ranks is on a different path from one that reports a single large night. This week supplied both kinds of events; the genuinely new entrants that combined sustained daily growth with rank movement are the ones likely to alter the landscape if they repeat the pattern next week.
The leaderboard
Rank movement this week is extreme at both ends. New and previously unseen servers made the largest upward moves: SISI KOTA ROLEPLAY climbed from 32,220 to 2,675 (up 29,545 places), GTAWorld Roleplay Romania rose from 29,902 to 830 (up 29,072), and several other regionally targeted communities posted comparable multi‑ten‑thousand-place gains. DovuX Life’s jump from rank 27,167 to 55 (up 27,112) is the single most conspicuous example of a newcomer vaulting into prominence within seven days.
Upwards shifts are concentrated among servers that posted sustained daily presence this week; many of the big movers in rank also appear in the week’s growth list. That alignment is the clearest signal a climb is real: higher daily averages, repeat growth days, and a corresponding rank advance.
Falls were equally notable. Hopelife tumbled from rank 1,487 to 32,077 (down 30,590), and several other entries lost tens of thousands of places. The list of fallers includes an "Invalid server (internal validation failed)" entry that dropped 28,518 places — a reminder that not all rank losses reflect simple player departures. Week-to-week rank volatility remains pronounced: the board is being rewritten by both surging newcomers and steep retreats, and the net effect is churned positioning even though aggregate concurrency stayed nearly flat.
Arrivals and departures
Newcomers that survived the first week are worth separate attention because most new servers evaporate quickly. OsloRP averaged 363 (peak 736) and was present 4/7 days after its first sighting on 2026-09-24; EUFORIA ROLEPLAY and ATLAS ROLEPLAY (both pt-BR first seen 2026-09-24) averaged 341 and 228 respectively and remained present on the final day of the week. Viena RP is the most durable new arrival: first seen on 2026-09-21 and present all 7/7 days with an average of 211. A cluster of other debuts (BANEADOS RP, HIGH, Racing Roleplay, scc, Eleven Project V2.5, Blackrose LA) survived multiple days and showed non-trivial peaks — a small but real cohort of sustained launches.
The week also contained a list of servers that "WENT DARK" — they had substantial averages in our records and then stopped appearing. Notable absences include LIGA DAS TROPAS (last seen 2026-09-16, was averaging 1,148 players), SPACE RP (last seen 2026-09-15, avg 762), and several Portuguese and Arabic servers that had been important fixtures. BYOU CITY is a particularly striking case: it appears among the list of servers that grew over the week yet also has a last-seen date of 2026-09-24 and an average of 403 — a pattern of mid-week disappearance following a short-lived rise. These vanishings are exactly the kind of movement a seven-day view exposes: single-day snapshots would miss communities that quietly cease broadcasting to the public.
What to watch
Next week should test which of this week’s movements were genuine. DovuX Life and The Islands have the clearest claims to continued momentum; confirmation would require repeated growth across the early weekdays, a persistent elevation of daily minima, and continued rank improvement at the next close. MONSTER SCHOOL and Like Town look like secondary trajectories — if they sustain growth on 4–6 days again they graduate from promising to durable.
Watch the newcomers that survived their first week (OsloRP, EUFORIA, Viena RP): survival plus rising daily minima would indicate onboarding and retention beyond launch noise. Conversely, any server that posts a large one-night spike but fails to grow on other days — or that stops appearing as BYOU CITY did — will likely revert or disappear; that pattern is already visible here. Finally, track the major fallers and the validation‑related dropouts: if they remain absent or continue to lose rank through the next weekly close, their disappearance will have reshaped regional mixes (notably pt-BR). Operationally, owners should treat multi-day growth and rank movement as the reliable signs to follow, and treat single-night peaks as provisional until they repeat.
