1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FiveStats (available at fivestats.io), operated by Tim Plate Solutions, Krähennocken 3, 58511 Lüdenscheid, Germany, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FiveStats is a web-based analytics platform that collects and displays publicly available data from FiveM and RedM game servers. The service provides server statistics, player tracking, resource analytics, historical trends, and related features. FiveStats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account via third-party authentication (e.g., Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm other users or server operators
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the service beyond what the API permits
Use the service or its data for any unlawful purpose
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service or its data without permission
Impersonate another person or entity

5. API Usage

Access to the FiveStats API is subject to rate limits and may require an API key. API keys are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violations of these terms or excessive usage.

6. Intellectual Property

The FiveStats service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tim Plate Solutions. Server data displayed on FiveStats is sourced from publicly available APIs and remains the property of the respective server operators and Cfx.re.

7. Data Accuracy

FiveStats displays data as collected from public sources. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Server operators may change their data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tim Plate Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This does not affect mandatory liability under German law, including liability for intent and gross negligence, or liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Lüdenscheid, Germany, shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
