Small suites spread; a seasonal batch arrives
Eight scripts showed multi-day growth this week, led by rapid 9labs adoption and steady rises in core libs and phone resources.
Sustained adoption is the story this week: eight scripts grew on 5+ of 6 days, with 9labs_scooter and 9labs_scootrental posting the largest percentage jumps. Core support libraries and phones—esx_lib, sd-phone and sd-phone-props—kept climbing day after day, while esx_weather and esx_scoreboard logged continued steady gains. A short list of Halloween and map resources appeared and reached dozens of servers in their first week. Separately, a small private suite labelled R16 disappeared entirely and is no longer seen on servers.
The week in scripts
This week FiveStats observed 578868 distinct scripts across tracked servers, up from 574368 the prior week. The clearest signal of movement is narrow: eight scripts met the report's sustained-adoption threshold (grew on 5+ of 6 days). Those eight are a mix of tiny, fast-spreading packages from a single author (the 9labs suite) and steady climbs among widely used libraries and phone resources. "9labs_scooter and 9labs_scootrental spread steadily across many servers" — both rose every day in our window and ended the week on hundreds of servers, a behaviour that looks different from a one-off bundle. At the same time, the usual core pieces continued to tick upward: "esx_lib continued slow, reliable growth" and phone resources sd-phone and sd-phone-props added servers on every tracked day. The other notable item this week is a group disappearance: R16 and six labeled components were last seen 2026-09-27 and no longer appear on servers. Outside those movements, the dataset is dominated by small percentage losses and day-to-day jitter among long-standing top resources; those are churn, not collapse. A separate pattern is the arrival of a short seasonal wave of new resources—several Halloween-themed maps and events—most of which reached dozens of servers within days of first appearance.
Sustained adoption
The week’s sustained climbers split into two clear families: the rapid 9labs suite and a set of steady, broadly deployed dependencies. 9labs_scooter jumped from 78 to 275 servers (+197 / +251.1%) and recorded a monotonic daily sequence: 206→244→266→280→293→317→321. Its sibling 9labs_scootrental followed the same pattern, rising from 70 to 252 (+182 / +259.3%) with daily counts 190→224→247→258→264→287→293. Those two look like true spreads: growth every tracked day, with neither the quick collapse nor the single-day spike you’d expect from inclusion in one large server's private update. 9labs_capsulerent is the smaller third member of that group, reaching 193 servers (prev week 58) and growing on 5/6 days (157→173→189→197→206→216→212); its end-of-week dip suggests adoption is still fragile but the overall trajectory is upward. The second family are the slow, reliable climbs developers prefer: esx_lib reached 4149 servers (prev week 3988), adding +160 and growing each day with daily 4078→4082→4109→4124→4136→4229→4283. sd-phone and sd-phone-props both added roughly 140–150 servers and rose on 6/6 days (sd-phone: 1863→1875→1901→1951→1969→2013→2026 to 1943; sd-phone-props: 1789→1798→1819→1862→1878→1922→1937 to 1858). Those phone resources are mature but continue to spread across new servers rather than moving in sudden blocks. The other steady pair, esx_weather and esx_scoreboard, again added three-figure server counts while growing on every tracked day: esx_weather ended on 1292 servers with daily 1234→1250→1271→1292→1300→1339→1360, and esx_scoreboard finished at 1603 servers with daily 1544→1562→1577→1608→1611→1657→1664. The week’s mix matters: the 9labs packages are notable because they achieved large percentage gains in a short time, which merits a check for packaging or sharing; the core libs and phone modules matter because their multi-day shape signals slow, persistent adoption across independent servers.
All scripts gaining servers
| Resource | Servers | Change | Grew | Trajectory |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9labs_scooter | 275from 78 | +197+251.1% | 6/6 | |
| 9labs_scootrental | 252from 70 | +182+259.3% | 6/6 |
Losing ground
Net losses this week are small and look like churn more than systemic failures. The largest numeric drops are in long-standing resources: screenshot-basic is down -281 to 13541 servers (-2%) with daily behaviour 13663→13487→13482→13458→13491→13587→13616, a jagged sequence that ends close to the start and reads as short-term volatility. PolyZone lost -265 to 16168 servers (-1.6%) with a bouncing daily line 16326→16084→16117→16085→16142→16208→16211. pma-voice and oxmysql each shed a few hundred servers (-263 and -256 respectively) but both show days of growth within the week, which implies routine churn rather than coordinated removals. Smaller but still visible declines include xsound (-238), bob74_ipl (-237) and menuv (-226); each reduction is under 3% of the resource’s footprint. connectqueue’s -196 (-3.2%) is the steepest relative move in the listed declines, but its daily shape (6118→5959→5982→5998→6041→6047→6025) also shows partial recovery. None of these drops match the abrupt, global disappearance we record when a resource goes dark; they are the kind of week-to-week noise that comes from server restarts, short migrations, or occasional configuration changes. By contrast, the R16 suite did not merely decline — it vanished: "R16 and its components vanished entirely," last seen 2026-09-27 at roughly 14 servers, and that pattern is materially different from the jitter above.
New arrivals
The newcomer list this week is dominated by seasonal maps and event packages. ms_balloon was the most widely seen first-timer, first seen 2026-09-29 and reaching 97 servers in its opening days. A cluster of Halloween-themed resources also arrived: K382_halloween_rebirth (first seen 2026-10-02, reached 64), k382_halloween_paletofestival (first seen 2026-10-02, reached 60), K382_haloween_legionsquare (first seen 2026-10-02, reached 54), and apex_halloween_rewards (first seen 2026-09-30, reached 44). Map and event arrivals include tlz_villa (first seen 2026-10-01, reached 54) and apex_hwmap (first seen 2026-09-30, reached 53). Other themed or niche entries such as soloty-abandoned-cemetery (56), rtx_ghosthunting (52) and redline_advertising (50) all reached roughly fifty servers in their first week. New resources reaching multiple dozens of servers in the first week are worth attention because most new names never escape a single server; the seasonal nature of many entrants also means some of these could be short-lived event hooks rather than long-term dependencies.
What to watch
What to watch next week: first, whether the 9labs suite keeps growing daily or plateaus. The pair 9labs_scooter and 9labs_scootrental showed clean, day-by-day increases — if that continues it will look more like organic spread than a packaging fluke. Second, the steady climbs among esx_lib, sd-phone and sd-phone-props deserve continued attention; their multi-day growth indicates ongoing compatibility or distribution wins and makes them safer candidates as dependencies. Third, the Halloween and map newcomers should be watched for quick fall-off: many seasonal resources spike fast, then disappear after the event window. Fourth, the disappearance of R16 is a reminder that small suites can evaporate; anyone depending on low-footprint, private-label packages should have a contingency. Finally, the week’s net declines are small and scattered; do not overreact to single-week drops under 3% unless the pattern sustains for several weeks. For maintainers: if your plugin is gaining on 5+ days, prioritize documentation and compatibility notes — that steady spread is the best chance to become a long-term standard. For server owners: when a resource shows sustained multi-day growth across independent servers, test it in staging; when a resource vanishes outright, check for forks or replacements before attempting to depend on it.
